😃 The “Et si c’était moi?” customer experience program puts policyholders’ needs back at the heart of our employees’ activities. Launched a few months ago at ACM, the program has been very well received. The fact that we were able to break down the entire customer experience for both the employee and the policyholder helped us to refocus on everyone’s needs.
